I used stratfordeast.com to see what was on and book a couple of tickets, and it was straightforward overall. I didn’t have to click around too much to find the show details
The booking part was simple enough, with the seat choices and prices laid out clearly. It also worked fine on my phone, which made things easier

The only thing I noticed was that some of the event pages felt a bit crowded, like there was a lot going on at once. Not a huge problem, but it could definitely be a bit cleaner. Still, I’d say it was easy enough to use

The site looks fine overall, but I had a hard time finding the accessibility details. Trying to book with access needs felt more confusing then it really should’ve been

The seats felt a bit sticky, and the toilets weren’t very clean either... It just made the whole experience feel less comfortable than it should have.

I went to Stratford East last week the atmosphere was SO nice from the minute I walked in.

It’s warm and relaxed without feeling too fancy or stiff, which I really liked. The building has loads of character, there was a good buzz before the show, people were chatting, and the staff were friendly, so everything just felt easy.

The seats were comfy enough and the whole place had that cosy local theatre feel. I had a REALLY good evening and would definitely go back.

I was expecting the whole visit to feel a bit more welcoming, and for the most part it was fine. A few of the staff said hello and seemed friendly, and one person at the desk was genuinely helpful when I had a question, which I appreciated.

That said, a couple of people seemed rushed and not especially interested, so it felt a little hit and miss. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as warm or consistent as I thought it would be.

There are definitely some decent productions on here, and I’ve enjoyed a few of them. But lately the variety feels hit or miss, and I end up spending way too much time scrolling around just to find something worth watching. It feels like wasted energy some nights when I just want to relax and not overthink it.

I watched this the other night after making dinner and sort of half-expecting to just have it on in the background, but the acting ended up pulling me in quickly. Everyone in it felt really convincing, and there wasn’t anyone who stood out in a bad way. Just great performances all round.

I really enjoyed the show and the cast was brilliant. I’ll admit I felt a bit unsure after making the payment and was half-expecting some issue, but everything turned out fine and the performance was definitely worth it

The sound is good overall, but of course I ended up noticing it gets a bit muffled sometimes. It’s not terrible, and I can still use it, but I was hoping it would be clearer so I didn’t have to deal with that little issue

I stopped in for some food and a couple of drinks before the show, i thought it was a really nice experience. The staff were friendly, which always makes a difference, and the prices seemed reasonable to me for a theatre setting. My drink arrived quickly, the food tasted fresh, and the portion was bigger than I was expecting. I’d definitely be happy to eat there again before another show.

The bar staff were friendly and the drinks were decent, but the queue moved slowly. At one point I felt a bit trapped just standing there waiting, especially when it didn’t seem to be moving much. Overall fine, just not the quickest service.

After a bit my back started aching and I kept having to shift around to get comfortable. It might be fine for a shorter show, but for this one it felt more uncomfortable than... yeah, I wouldn’t choose those seats again.

I’d already heard their refund and exchange policy was unforgiving, my experience kind of confirmed that for me. The rules felt way too strict, and it didn’t seem like there was much room for a reasonable exception

The seats looked totally fine when I picked them online, but once we got there, the view of the stage was really blocked. It was so frustrating, especially after spending the time and energy getting there, finding parking, and getting settled, only to barely see the show
